    Afternoon all.

    OH got embarrassed while I was crisp shopping at the weekend, the vouchers wouldnt scan, in the tesco store I was in, so had to call SA over, OH walked off saying your so embarrassing, SA didnt mind, stayed while I done 6 lots :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I have to bake mine for about 1 hour and 15 mins in a 2lb loaf tin at 160 fan oven - it does look a bit "well done" on the top, but tastes fine.
    The problem that irritates me, is that despite making sure the mix is spread flat in the tin, it always has a rounded rise, and the surface breaks at the top :(

    This is one I made earlier this morning - with added chia seeds :)
