Just popping my head in briefly as it's been a great and also terrible day, lots to think about.

Snap - having it delivered without external packaging is no excuse for it looking like that! They only give you the option to hide the packaging in case it's 'sensitive' (like TS and her balloons) or if it's a gift for someone in the same house. It definitely shouldn't have been opened and damaged like that, I'd be pushing for an exchange.

On the flip side, the guy delivering my homepride sauces last night at 8pm said he usually has around 80 parcels to deliver, so he starts early and finishes around 4pm. The last few days he's had 160 parcels and still had another 50 to go - he reckoned he wouldn't be done til gone 10pm! They have targets to meet, so I strongly suspect that's why a lot of people will be getting 'sorry we missed you' messages without ever having had a knock on the door. Absolutely doesn't excuse the state of that package, but I wouldn't fancy doing that job for rubbish pay.

T have some good deals on ice-Cream. Mhoc if you’re around, I know you like to keep some on standby in the freezer . These in the 3 for £5 Deal are good as some should be £3.50 each.
