Your contract is with the retailer, as far as you are concerned that is all that matters.

Did you pay by credit card? Is it enough of a spend to do a Section 75?

I have looked at their Ts and Cs 4.6.9/10/11 and they simply say they will refund you, they do not say they will wait for their suppliers.

If you can't do a Section 75 I would complain to their ceo, as listed on c e o email,com (why is their address blacklisted on here?). in fact, I think I would do that anyway.

My frugalness continues - another no spend day.:j:j (I know it's only day 3, but this is good for me)

I'm using up some of the stash of Moma porridge sachets, I've used up a couple of old cake mixes and used my 'free' apples to make apple cake, which the grumpy one is using when working instead of the wrapped biscuit bars, as well as having it for pudding for the last 3 days.

Tonight I thought we were having Spag Bol, but now the container from the freezer is defrosted it seems we are having beef casserole:rotfl::rotfl: so using up some ood part baked bread with that. One day I will have all my containers in the freezer properly labelled, It's a bit like when tins had labels that fell off and you thought you had beans, but it was tinned fruit!

He'll have a bit of a change for pudding, apple and blackberry crumble. again using free fruit!
