Last week when doing the daily wheel spin for BigDL I won a £1 Amazon voucher :j - yes a slight over reaction but with so many other things now defunct even a £1 Amazon voucher is helpful.
So a few days later the email came in with the e voucher and I forwarded the email to myself from the ipad to add to Amazon.
I finally got around to doing it today.
In forwarding the email it lost its decimal point so I had a gobsmacking moment when I looked at it:rotfl:
"Hope you enjoy this Amazon Gift Card!
£100
Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher
Expires: 17-Sep-2028"
Needless to say my Amazon balance has increased by a pound and not a hundred
That's a shame :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just have to go and fill the birds's dry food dish, they're rattling it again :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Not sure who is costing me more - the cats or the wild birds. OH got a sack of bird peanuts at the weekend for £14 :eek:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

Don't spend too much on the wild birds, certainly would not spend that much.
Got about 6 months' seeds/dried food for Castor and Pollux for £23 last month, bogof and 10% off, but on top of that we give they various fresh foods, such as grapes, carrots, peppers, berries, tomatoes etc. Have to admit they are a little spoilt :rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Izzey.
Not sure about the tea, it's a bit limp even though it says it's an Assam blend.
Think the cheap Twynings Assam from A a couple of years ago has a lot to live up to.
Thanks curl girl. Will give it a miss and hope the red label one comes on offer again.
Still got two boxes from ages ago, keep filling up the PG box with them and its gone unnoticed

Anon, those prices dont look too bad for a boiler. I would personally try to use someone local, but if you dont know anyone, they seem to be okay, trustpilot reviews seem very good, and plenty of them.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
