So I sell an item on Ebay. It is delivered and tracked as delivered. Buyer tries to claim a refund as not delivered (I guess not realising that track & trace exists without a signature).

So I've proved to Ebay and Paypal that the item was tracked as delivered. Paypal still hold my money as "pending", Ebay is waiting for a response from the buyer. Buyer has gone into hiding, unsurprisingly. In the meantime I can't get hold of my money!

I've escalated to Ebay to resolve my case, though their initial response is to wait.....

I do think it's wrong that eBay can freeze money in your pp account. That's what happened with the refund request I was forced into.

Quick result - within half an hour of opening an "Ebay please resolve my case", Ebay have found in my favour and paypal have released the money.

Good morning all, cloudy one here.

Had a good afternoon yesterday, we went to a barbecue with a few friends and the local MP :D

You wouldn't be bragging would you :D

Good Morning all . I'm off to Waitrose on the bus today. Short walk along the canal when I get off bus and there I am:)

Hope your daughter and her baby are ok Di. My hubby fell a couple of weeks ago four foot down into next doors and landed on his head . His leg gave way and he just toppled over. He was lucky . Had to go for a head scan but was ok . Big lump and cuts and bruises.

Once you have got it to level, I would suggest checking it VERY frequently so that you can get a guage of how often it needs to be topped up. It does seem strange that it has used that much if you dont have a leak. Problem with modern cars is they have a plastic undertray, good for some things, but bad for spotting oil leaks.
Put another two litres in this morning, and it's now nearly up to the top line on the dipstick.
I must have been running on oil fumes!
Will definitely be be checking it regularly from now on.

Thanks for all the advice guys.
