A rather late morning all :)

Managed to find the Fuel granola in A today. Paid with a womble apg. The cashier asked me if I knew they were ending so I said I'd seen it on the website. She told me she only knew because other customers had mentioned it, they hadn't been notified officially yet.

It is on their website and in the press, so you would think it would have been sensible to notify staff first, or at least at the same time so that they are prepared for any questions/can give good customer service.

morning all, been ridiculously busy and out of sorts with life money and kids all taking over, off to the vets with another of my bunnies today I lost 2 last week as well due to myxi - even though they have been vaccinated. There seems to be a really nasty aggressive strain around here at the mo. My bunny going today is pregnant so I'm more upset than normal! Money and the lack of it has been grating me for a while but on the upside I have around 3 weeks work out of town on a farm doing spuds. Kids all back to school house very quiet. Husbands surprise 40th went well he never twigged until he got there and only then twigged because his mother wouldn't move her car...……...enough said on that part (i'm chewing wasps) and breathe...………..

Such a shame seeing them with myxies :( hows Rocky?

Asda just wants rid of the APG... no excuses ... and i dont think the few people using the APG system does affect them financially.. like they say.. less then 1% of customers use the apg. But like everyone is saying.. if they are cheap then why not just keep the apg going... its cos they have been informed by the TROUTS that the 1% of us are using it and its somthing the trouts do not like!!! And then its like... The trouts can use the APG too... but they dont cos maybe they are too lazy...
Same as when we use a coupon for a product in any supermarket the trouts do not like it... but then they could use it as well.. but they dont mainly cos they are too lazy ... but then if its me.. I will be asking the customer where/how they got the coupon!!! :)

What absolute nonsense...of course they're losing out financially even if it is just 1% of shoppers using it, have you seen some of the comments about how much people are going to "lose" each month by the discontinuation of apg and the size of some individual APGs and that's just on here, there are many other groups of money savers with some tearing the absolute backside out of it, that along with the pain of having to maintain the pretty poor IT system and it's no wonder they're pulling the plug, the only surprise is they didn't end it sooner...

unfortunately as usual some flog the goose that laid the golden egg

Thanks for this, can't print though because of the stupid CAPTCHA thing, it just won't verify, then after clicking the photos loads, it says I can't do it anymore and to try later :mad:

    How annoying!

While the APG is still working the tuna fillers are £1.20 in Asda and £1 in Tesco and Sainsburys.
