Evening Elite.
Hugs to those in need ((gocat)) and group hug on the demise of APG. This will be the only year we would all be thrilled to see Christmas gift sets in store before the end of September!
Can I take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our happy band for finding, reporting, testing, confirming - and everything else in between - the many and varied APG glitches over the years. You have made such a difference.“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0 -
Oh well... after being told I couldnt use APG in July at my local asda... and its now getting scrapped.... wonder wat else I will get trouted for!!0

"It's a decision we've not taken lightly because we love it dearly, but in reality, we know our customers don't love it enough for us to keep it."

.
Many customers will not know about it as you stopped mentioning it in many stores years ago!. There are only "loyal" customers like us that have kept it going.
If they had wanted to, they could have capitalised on T dropping their BM and brought APG out front and centre to great fanfare. I suspect it would have cost them little in reality as many customers would (as in previous years) assume that A must be cheaper if they are guaranteeing to be 10% cheaper and therefore not bother to check.
They stuck with it a few months more than T and S, but that is little comfort.
Disappointing news ... now prepare to be stitched up with higher prices.
I am another member of Elite who has been in A less frequently since the glitches slowed down. I will now possibly spend more time in Adli despite their prices not really being that much cheaper for many items.

I have wuntooo issues as well constantly - I get a re screen saying I am offline - obviously not
Maybe if we all complained via twitter then they might realise how buggy the app is
Knowing our current run of luck, complaining to them may prompt them to switch it off too, so better to keep schtum

There are some vindictive comments under the MSE article on apg - why would it matter to you if some people womble? It is not affecting your shopping.

Evening peeps.
I agree. And I also agree that a lot of peeps will now go to Lidls and Aldi. I know I will!!
It's going to be a big blow to me as I average around £100 to £200 a month in wombles. Also the 3 4 2 glitches, mullers for the dogs and food glitches found by Izzey.
It is indeed the end of an era.:(0
