Leave for Rome tomorrow then onwards to Japan. Been spending the day with family, however, just recently I didn't feel right. Just used DD blood checker thing and my blood sugar levels are at 15.

Not sure what to do with us leaving for a 4 week trip tomorrow.

Going to check again in an hour when hopefully they've gone down. In the meantime I feel like I could fall asleep any moment. :-/

You cant really do anything but that is rather high, have you just eaten?

Shoukld have gone down by now, you need to be careful esp going away, limit carbs will help to keep it down

Make sure your finger is clean. Anything sticky even fruit will give a high reading
