Lack of space. In the soup/sauce bags one frozen you can store them in small gaps in a flat shape - no room for anything brick shaped in our freezer.
Eh, but if you freeze them then take the frozen flat block out of the carton and just put it into a bag, then it is the same flat shape as you would get in the things you are talking about (unless I am misunderstanding, of course :)

Fred Olsen to Germany for the Beer Festival - it has to be that one - don't bother worrying about price fluctuations - get it booked!
Firstly its from Newcastle so it saves you a days holiday plus it saves the train fare and a hotel night and dinner so that's a big saving in itself.
Secondly the ports are fabulous - Hamburg is gorgeous and it looks like you get to do the kiel canal both ways, very scenic. Balmoral is a small ship so it gets into much smaller ports and much closer to city centers
Also its usually/often £15 per person per day drinks package - you don't have to book this at the same time, anytime up to a few weeks before sailing.

And you are closer to Rosyth than you are to Southampton as well
Its Balmoral that does the Rosyth ones.
There is a very nice one June 2015- Sweden’s Scenic Waterways & Cities :)

We used to tend towards southern Spain at the back end of November time to get the last bit of sunshine but the last time we went (2015 or 2016) we had 5 degree temps and we were perished so nothing can be certain.
Have been to hamburg, and the Berlin port is a joke (3 and a half hours away, so how they can say that is Berlin, I do not know, but I would not be sitting on a coach for that long!). The beer festival and the canal are what attract me to it, but the hope of some sun is definitely pulling me the other way.

Big sister and I hate the winter (I'm sure we suffer from SAD syndrome!) We have recently booked to go back to Sicily in mid October, then a couple of weeks ago, the girls (6 of us) have decided to take her to Barcelona at the end of November as a surprise for her 60th Birthday. Can't wait :D I have managed to get the patio laid and half the kitchen done this summer but it will now remain half done for a while longer :rotfl: Priorities :D

Thank you - I think that's a change as people have been reporting the 25% discount has been missing off the apg, hence the cheap prices reported.

Black Tower is on Shopm 50p back on 3 flavours,

it is, i got all 6 50ps on my A shop so still worked out £3.25 a bottle. i think you can do 4 bottle each on Shopm? so might have to go back for another shop before it finishes. A is the only place i think that has all 3 varieties.

As I understand it all of the £5 wines are on offer on A.com so will be picked up by APG. The more expensive ones are not on .com on offer.

I think there might be some other wine bundles on .com on offer too. Best to check.

You should be ok doing 5 of the Black tower with a more expensive wine .
