    Morning

Please could soneone help who has set up a justgiving page.

Someone close set up a page yesterday and had their first donation both donor and recipient have had emails to confirm but their page still shows 0% with no supporters.

Is there a setting missed as donor did not hide donation. Thanks

Not sure TS I've never known that somebody has donated so wouldnt know how long it takes iykwim, however i added the money from my quiz night myself. I had a nightmare add in it as it kept saying there was a mistake in the end I had to break them down into smaller amounts of £500 I think and then it accepted them, I do think they showed up immediately though.
Ring them they are very helpful or is there a live chat option? Does the donator know that they have definitely had the money taken?

    Thanks Di.

There is a live chat option but it's not open today (or yesterday evening). So it will have to wait.

Usually when I've donated to people's pages posted from here I have seen the donation go on the page instantly but I've never been the first to donate. Everything seemed to go as normal Halifax secure thing came up for payment etc.

I've tried googling and reading their help pages. But it only talks about total going down after 24 hours if payment not accepted.

Actually I'm not sure if page owner has had email but when they log on to their account they can see the donation but not on the fundraising page.

The donator ticks an option to have their donation/message visible on the fundraising page or not. Either way it is visible to the fundraiser when the fundraiser is logged in, as I understand it (but then you would expect the value of the donation would appear in the visible total even if the message wasn't ).

Good morning. It is cold and wet here today. Hope your weather is better where you are TM. I have just spend the last few hours going through my filing cabinet and am on shredding documents from back as far as 2006. Keeping last 6 years - is that enough for a self employed person? Hope so.

I think that today is the last day for the save 10p a litre from t's when you spend £60. Maybe you'll need to buy an unwanted pressie etc for someone?
  • Whistlefish Christmas cards are out, you get a free tin but I can't find any discount codes which is a shame.
