Not really I just add about 1/2 a teaspoon of cumin, coriander, ginger, nutmeg and paprika to the mince along with a diced onion, brown them and then make the sauce using passata, an onion and the same spices again but i add 1 teaspoon of each to the sauce. Let it simmer for as long as you can and then crack some eggs into it. Wait until the eggs are cooked and then eat with crusty baguette.
Omg its delicious.

hello im here, skim reading at the moment, but not much to skim today...
Im here in London looking after the boys, I went to Greenwich today to the maritime museum, on the bus by myself with the 2 boys, they thoroughly enjoyed it, theres an area just for little people to the left as you go in the entrance, fantastic playarea and role play, and its free
The boys were tucked up and sound asleep in bed an hour earlier than usual, nana wore them out, and DIL said oh that means they will be awake early in the morning- she cant understand that little people are up and about early in the morning, im afraid she doesn't realise you cant lie in bed til 7.15 then leave and go to work at 7.45..but she does :mad:
