I have had a reprint before - they print off on some MSDOS machine in my store . They found it on the system as I could say which till and it was the transaction before my existing receipt.

That said, when you use it you are then typing in the numbers with an A4 sheet in front of you, which may draw attention if it is a glitchy shop.

I had problems in W last night - I used my BG voucher which scanned fine, but then asked for supervisor authorisation :eek:.

They took the voucher, checked I had scanned it .. and gave it back to me .

I think my dates have now caught up and I will leave it there. I do not want to risk it again, despite not getting a month as advertised as they delayed sending it.
