Afternoon all - we went to neros on the way home and then the heavens opened - proper rain and it looks like a lot more coming as its been in heavy cloud all day.
Thanks for the beer link - there are several dodgy ones on my list on places I would never been seen dead going to but also one that might be Ok
I also looked at the postcodes for Eldest son and his nearest one is in Ipswich nearly 18 miles away.
Eldest child though has 4 within a 5 mile radius of St Albans so she could do a pub crawl
Those were the dodgy ones I was speaking off - perhaps we just have higher standards....
I went to Cafe Red and successfully used a £20 droid with WonTwo (thanks Fuzz :T) - weird bit was that the wontwo says up to 4 burger/croque/baguette for £5 and then we were charged 5.40 each for our burgers and the fifth member of our party was also only charged £5 for her omelette
I think....0 -

annoying when they put new things on the list so late in the day - we could have come back via the Co-op - mind you I am wondering if ours would even sell it. They did sell Hippease though which I could never find in a massive sainsburys ...“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -
Didnt go for my drink last night as was too hot to walk Tessa. The one local to me that is on the list has good ratings on trip advisor, so perhaps not all are dodgy ones on the list.:eek:Freewheeling wrote: »It's https://nationalpubfortnight.com.
If we didn't have to cycle home we could have gone on a bit of a pub crawl as there are quite a few near where we work.....but unfortunately none where we live!
Will let you know when I eventually get there lol0 -
OK, back to switching broadband. SSE seem to be offering £150 on quidco for a £36pm contract with no minimum term - average cashback payment time 3 months - can anyone see a catch?!I think....0

That's a shame
. Can you give them away to family or friends who live closer? I'm sure a screenshot of the code would work. 0 -
Bought something from ebay last January after activating the get 6 x nectar points. Needless to say I had to chase them up for the points. Finally, after 6 months I have got them. What a hassle they are :eek:0
