we did so badly at the quiz night because subject was Terry Pratchett's books.... :o:o:o
next week is TV series Orange is the new black. So I now am cramming up on an unknown 5 series :o

funeral at 1pm of friend - will try and get Katie and Keith carrot from Aldi whilst I'm in that town :D

Oooh, you really needed me at that quiz then, I adore Terry Pratchett books, an escape from reality. I got to meet him when he was doing a signing locally, he was a lovely guy, had time for everyone!

Hope the funeral goes well. I saw loads of those carrots when I was in Aldi a couple of days ago, didn't realise what they were  They had chocolate ones too, thought they were rather expensive though!

Vouchercloud is offering a free Nero coffee - I cannot see the link on their website but Mrs Anon received an email as she must have signed up at some point. It may be worth searching and getting registered on their site as well as Voucher Codes UK, as they both seem to be having good offers. These sites had passed me by until this week .

My S transaction yesterday has tracked :).

Morning all. It never rains but it pours, MIL is now unwell. DH taking her for an urgent doctor’s appointment this morning.

Meanwhile I need to get some shopping, there’s been no opportunity since we got home and we have no milk, fruit, veg etc. Trying to put it off until later in the hope that the Black Friday nonsense will have died down by the time I get there.
