1x McVitie's Digestives Milk Chocolate (300g) £1.50 £1.00 (if you want to pay more for muggles' 300g instead of £1 on 500g (not available at the moment) - in any event, own label at 44p before was cheaper, the CBY version if kept away from a comp. shop - everyday value still available from T at 44p)
In fact, M clearly are taking prices from me as, no sooner do I post this, I now notice that 500g McVitie's Chocolate Digestives have appeared on msm for M at £1:rotfl:. However I did not see £1 on APG price collection day Wednesday - I saw very much more expensive full prices - they are not available in A anyway but this means that I do not know whether they were £1 in M on Thursday, which may be a TBG collection day, or whether that £1 price, due to run until 12th December, has appeared as the price for delivery now from today (Friday). If this price is starting today in M, it may have missed the TBG collection day and not work on TBG until presumably sometime on Monday afternoon, whenever they update from collecting that day. However, if you really want Milk Chocolate Digestives, buy T Eday Value at 44p anyway as that still works out cheaper than McVitie's even at £1.
I will have to return later to changing the M list which has been delayed by doing several Muller shops earlier - many thanks for those:T. I did two at first but then decided that was not enough and did a further one later - having been out during Thursday therefore, I might get a day here today:j. When I come back after sleep:rotfl:.
I notice the Old Rosie Cloudy Scrumpy Cider (10L), that was on my list for buy in M at £20:eek:, is now on £15. That seems it might be a good one to me. I have changed it on the list - should never have had it at £20:eek::(:rotfl: - and just thought I would mention it. It has been posted on HUKD, so looks like it will be on today, although I have it from store on Wednesday.
There's also the Hooch two versions each on £1.50 in M with £1 COS it seems, and completely separately a Dandelion & Burdock product for Avs S (or, probably less good, buy in S) that is versus £2.00 S, so £1.80, then £1.50 COS = 30p (see msm).
There were also a couple of Nivea shower creams earlier that are now off - I didn't get round to mentioning them earlier - they also had COS and were buy in M. I did put them onto the M list and of course you should be checking there as that's why I don't get time to mention things - they were probably no good anyway due to much better prices even, without COS, on 3 for 2 similar items in A:rotfl:. They were (and are but are ready to be deleted) on the M list as a fwiw and therefore weren't specifically mentioned. In fact the COS is still on but the fact M's offer price has ended and therefore the products gone up/returned to a higher price means you wouldn't buy them now. No good and therefore in effect off now in any event:rotfl:.
And so too am I now it seems - see you later:wave:.0 -

will try and get Katie and Keith carrot from Aldi whilst I'm in that town
Morning all! Fell asleep on the sofa for an hour last night then had a rubbish night's sleep once I actually went to bed and then woke up at 5am. Such fun! :rotfl:
I head Kevin and Katie sold out within half an hour of the store opening locally but I notice some generous souls are selling them on eBay for around £600 if you're desperate, and one is asking £15000 for the pair!!:eek::rotfl:0 -

Milton Keynes has everything you could want both day and night so could treat hubby to a snowboard lesson or if you have children go tobogganing. Silverstone happens to be situated next to a lovely spa with very reasonable prices.
Of course you are bordering towards centre parks. If visit to Woburn is done , amp till has quite a bit of history and nice walks with a waitrose and some lovely one off shops to explore. Alternatively head towards Olney which is antique places and artist quarters. Lovely food to be found and a few nice b and bs.
Hope that helps a bit.
More you look at area there is also the Shuttle worth collect of very early planes.

Thanks for this VT, I'm going to spend some time looking into it properly this weekend. It's just us, no kids, but given how accident prone we both are, tobogganing may be less hazardous than snowboarding0 -
Oh Di, that brought a tear to my eye, when my mam died, over 20 years ago () my OH disappeared when we got back to the house she shared with my late brother etc. He came back with a photo of her, not a great picture, she's not dressed up or 'made up' and he said that's your mam , that's who you remember......
That picture still has pride of place on my mantlepiece, she gets a dust now and again and I tell her the family news.davemorton wrote: »Steel straws...why??So when the cashier says "That's £57 please" do I then ask is that before offers as the total before offers isn't on the receipt.
