I was lucky today right place right time this morning. A new store was opening in town. "Yours"
Bit of a queue when I went into SD, bigger when I came out and saw the SA's walking to the doors with goodie bags.
Thought I would chance my luck so went to the end of the queue.
Free purse worth £8, a compact mirror/brush, trolley coin, nail file, pen and tote bag. And a £5 gift voucher. :j
It's a plus size store so no good for me but have in mind to use the voucher towards a present for someone. I must be getting old as it was too busy this morning I don't like all that hustle and bustle anymore.Birds flying high, You know how I feel, Sun in the sky, You know how I feel,

Morning all!
Thanks for the Bletchley park info, I've decided it's definitely the way forward for DH's present this year. Just got to look for a nice hotel and somewhere posh to go for tea then I can get it booked and that'll be one less thing to worry about!
Speaking of presents, I know a lot of the Elite donate to food banks and I'm thinking of doing the food bank advent calendar idea this year, but over fewer days so it's ready early December: https://ukmoneybloggers.com/hungry-xmas-foodbankadvent/
Just need to find the list for my local food bank so I know what theyre short of.
Plenty of nice places for afternoon tea in Woburn. I don't know Bletchley really anymore but if you are after a nice hotel then there are plenty in Milton Keynes. Some nice pubs with rooms in Woburn and a great hotel if you get the right price.
Milton Keynes has everything you could want both day and night so could treat hubby to a snowboard lesson or if you have children go tobogganing. Silverstone happens to be situated next to a lovely spa with very reasonable prices.
Of course you are bordering towards centre parks. If visit to Woburn is done , amp till has quite a bit of history and nice walks with a waitrose and some lovely one off shops to explore. Alternatively head towards Olney which is antique places and artist quarters. Lovely food to be found and a few nice b and bs.
Hope that helps a bit.
More you look at area there is also the Shuttle worth collect of very early planes.
