Threw these in with a whoopsie shop
1x ASDA Dijon Mustard (185g) £0.39 £0.55
1x ASDA Smart Price Long Grain Rice (1kg) £0.45 £0.45
1x ASDA Mushy Peas (300g) £0.19 £0.30
1x ASDA Creamy Coleslaw (600g) £0.10 £1.30:)
60p back on a £1.13 shop for TCB:)
Rice 45p in Morries and Sains
You've done well on the Coleslaw because, not only is that not the weight that they have specified, it cost less than the cashback, so no cashback should have been awarded. This would never have got through if all receipts had had to be submitted to me for approval. Fortunately however you got a member of staff at TCB that appears not to have noticed:rotfl:.
EDIT: The Mustard is also not the correct weight (or, rather, it is correct since they approved it) and it's not English Mustard but Dijon. Again, I would never have let it pass! I'm appalling for things like this - whilst I hope no-one else notices if I've done something, I'm the first to pick up any minor non-compliance with any terms or rules by anyone else and enforce them.0 -

Lovely.
We've visited lots of fabulous railways when son was young as he was obsessed with steam trains, thanks to Thomas the tank engine.
We still visit local ones, but sit on the platform having a beer from the bar instead of riding on the train.:rotfl:

Well what a night, Harley had the whole house up crying, howling, barking.
He got comfy then using his good legs would move around the room then moan as he's stuck.
He has only just done his first wee, and Thank God he was in the garden, as he rolled on his back and it covered him.
He is trying so hard bless him he can hold his weight when standing but can't get up, but he's trying.
Bubbs good luck for your husband with job interview.
Sarah I have been awol and just had to check what had happened to your lovely fur baby, I will add him into my prayers for a good recovery , and hope your dh has seen the last of his hospital stays too.:)The person who never makes a mistake never learns anything.0 -
Not been here for a couple of days, it's weird as I always did when I had a full time job!
So today, didn't sleep last night, read a free kindle book which kept me going until 7.30 tried to have a couple of hours then, but didn't!
The 72 plants for £6 arrived, all begonias, not my favourites, but they are now mostly planted. I've spoken to my neighbour for the 2nd time in 3 years, washed curtains, answered a few messages, spoken to an ex colleague who is going downhill big style, declined an invite to the pub, but meet with friend and drank semi frozen cocktails (@50p each) in our front garden/patio, put washing in, hung it out etc.. Answered a few messages. Sorted DGC's birthday stuff....
What 's left to do?
It's grumpy pants golfing day, so no cooking.
When did I have time to work?
House is still a mess, but who gives a flying 'fig' it always was :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
