Well i did think that but Scottish power have put her dd up too £97 :eek::eek:(dual), this other one said it will be £55.93, so have they worked that out on her usuage now?

She needs to try and guess her approx usage for the year. Get her usage for up to now, then divide by the amount of months it is, then times it by 12. It will be a little over what she will use, but close enough, then get on the comparison sites.
She will not be able to switch while she is still in arrears.

Well a couple of nice surprises have landed in my inbox tonight:)

£10 from eBay for selling 3 items promotion and a £10 Amazon voucher for completing a questionnaire on mobile phone usage. Apparently I'm in a research group that's being monitored every 10 years. Really?

Right, just spoe to her , she has never received a bill as such, her internet is down at the moment so soon as she can she is going to log in and look at it, i told her to make sure the reading corresponde . I knew she would still have them all as she is very anal like that:rotfl:
She also asked they why she wasnt informed of the price increase and was told she was being informed then:eek:
The other company contacted her selling their company and asked her about switching and how much she paid and then said well we can do it for £55, but they hae rang again tonight and she didnt answer:rotfl:

Yes she knew that she would have to bring it up too date and i am not a pensioner:rotfl:

if she wants to move she should go on the comparison sites to get the best deal.usually get a email every 3 months saying bill is ready online to be viewed,so can see there how the account is going.
i will be in your neck of the woods in a couple of weeks so will looking for your local knowledge.lol
