She was paying £50 something, cant remember what she said, but they have read the meters every time she has had a bill, then had a letter saying it was going up:o as she was in arrears of £395 but she cant see how and told them so with the meter being read
On her bills did it show estimated readings, correct readings etc? Does she check the current ( no pun intended honest :rotfl:) reading each month?

thats why then sadly.obviously her monthly dd wasnt anywhere near enough to cover her usage.surprised they let it go on so long.i fear if she moved supplier and carried on paying that amount she would be in arrears again.:(

Where were they in your Tesco please? I looked in the confectionary, in the seasonal and in the booze aisles and no sign! That said, there was no 1p toblerones either.

theres a shelf in my store where it looks like they just chuck everything that dont need chilling, eg dented cans ripped multi packs.
but as they scanned at 50p i thought theres a chance they may be on top of shelves in choc aisle or seasonal aisle.

    Wish I had now.......

theres another 10 in mine still, as they are not yellow stickered i may leave it a while and hope they drop to 1p :p

its not like having a quartly bill, these you just pay a set amount every month that should cover your annual bills.usually if a company sees you are in debt they put up the monthly dd but they dont seem to have done this.she now has a fair size arrear to pay off which wont be cleared by winter if she continues with the £50 a month.how did she get the quote from the new company, did she put in her annual usage?

to get a accurate quote she needs to put in what she uses for each fuel for a year,if she looks at her bills it will show her the readings.:)
