Good morning all, lovely blue sky here, very warm already :D

Still waiting for a decent amount of rain, whatever arrived night before last dried up way too quickly.

I didn't watch the match. This period of time with the world cup, the rugby and the tennis coming up is like the seventh circle of hell for me.

Morning all - I think we had rain in the night. Today we are back to our normal grey overcast cloud.

Can anyone suggest places that do mattress protectors for deep single beds? Do these things even exist?
I decided yesterday that the one that was on the bed already was too careworn so I got the replacement out, exact same one but this one wont fit the bed - very odd.

The mattress is very deep, an orthopaedic one - I think I might have to get a double one and tuck and pin well underneath if I cant find a suitable one. I am only near B&M and Home Bargains today and I've only got 2 days to sort the problem out ...

I've just been checking the forecast for next week.

The 26th June is supposed to be 27 C, 27th is supposed to be 30 C and the 28th is supposed to be 31 C. I daren't look any further

From memory Argos do them too, and if you have Amazon Prime (for speed) they do them.

I'd just be glad to see the sun again instead of this thick cloud blanket. On the plus side its not as windy

The last one ones I bought only had elastic to hold them onto the bed i.e. No sides just 4 elastic corners. and I find it easier to remove and put back on. They were from Tesco
