just renewed my house insurance.
my current one tesco wanted £34 more than aviva. also aviva would give £40 cb via quidco.
i really wanted to keep a continuous policy with tesco so i asked them to match aviva minus the quidco offer. they did without too much effort so i saved £34
i can live with losing the cb as sometimes we elite dont always have to chase the moneypeace of mind is sometimes better.
ps i do know i could have got cb with tesco if i started from scratch on quidco. (it says for new customers only, but its worked before):o0 -

Congrats Mrs Mac, enjoy the time you have now.
That said, you will probably look back in six months and wonder how you even had time to consider working :eek:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

Umm, probably in the freezer section!
Evening peeps.
Managed to get my lappy up and working but I lost a lot of files and all my photos from the last 10 years.
Can't work out how to get them back.:(0 -

The Milky bar Wowsomes are £1.50 For either the bag or box. £1 back on sm for the bag and 50p back for the box, in S.
That is if you bought the free single bar first.

will this signal the end of whoopsies on fruit & veg http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/food/article-5753119/Tesco-supermarket-REMOVE-confusing-best-date-labels.html
From what I have heard fruit and veg have never needed to be dated anyway.
I rarely manage to get to a supermarket for real whoopsies. but first reductions in Asda are always still more expensive than full price in Lidl/Aldi anyway.
They will still need to get rid of the sad looking stuff anyway. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

I have found a store that does 50% 1st reductions in a morning which are acceptable.
There never seems to be much left at night so I never bother.
The stock that others have is amazing, but we must have better management in our stores!curl girl with a space - even though there is no space in my cupboard!!!0 -
Myself and two other family members got our cheques for our free cushelle toilet roll. That was the quickest try me free I have ever had. Disappointing news about the best before dates on fruit and veg at tesco. not sure how they are going to manage their stock control though.0
