It's unbelievable isn't it. I now have an email from John Lewis saying that they are refunding us for the sink that they delivered which was broken. That's fine but they already sent us another one and refunded the old one. They also apologised for bothering us.
I'll have to ring them tomorrow. I'm thinking I might go to prison if they keep giving us refunds and sinks:o:rotfl:
