OOD HappyD returned to T and refunded ... and a £10 giftcard given for my trouble . Is the £10 giftcard a national policy if they have sold OOD items or a local decision?
Thank you for the nudge to check
.

No gift card for me sadly but I got full price for a set of 12 I returned yesterday so happy enough with that.
Pity about the OOds - I like the greens better .
Eldest son here at the weekend drunk several cans and took a few to a house warming that he went to on Saturday so our stockpile is decreasing.
I fill a glass with ice and half full of sparkling water then top up with Happy Down to dilute it down a bit so its a very cheerful pink.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Good morning all
A glorious day here just now :j
Di Well done on the auction Remember to let us know if you set something up for those who cannot attend the quiz night
If anyone sees offers for Flamingo Land please give me a shout Thank you
We are going in that direction in July and will be using the Nestle KGF promotion for a bird of prey/animal visit, and the Kellogg's for Sea Life
Last year was awesome with the Blackpoll big tickets through the Sun
I don't know how families manage with the cost of nearly £200 for 5 for a day out
Enjoy whatever you do0 -
Did anyone get the groupon emails on Sunday - check your inboxes as mine came to a very dormant account.
Buy a £10 Mr T e voucher for £5 - this would have been very useful the previous weekend when we were buying trolley loads of Happy Downs
The only thing I've bought for COS this weekend were the Mash Direct beer battered chips which oddly go very well with pasta bake

Thank you Mrs Mac. If anyone wanted raffle tickets they could donate to the just giving page and I could post prizes out. I did that last time and some on here won jewellery I think although this time the prizes are more vouchers for local businesses so that may not work so well.Good morning all

I'm really looking forward to it now and I'm going to try to accumulate some raffle prizes in the next fortnight, I think the local fruit and veg shop are donating a fruit basket so that's a nice prize, but not for posting :rotfl:0 -

Mrsmac, we took the kids to Flamingo Land every year but we would book into the camp site for a few days. We paid one entry fee, and camp fees which were comparable to other sites. We are rather anti-social so we set up camp at the rear field - we usually had it to ourselves. We could see the zoo at any time (usually have tea). The rides opened slightly earlier - so we would have a couple of hours on the rides until it started to get busy - then go swimming in their poor or do something else, returning at the end of the day to catch the last hour on the rides. It worked out really good value.100 -

Good morning all, a tad cloudy here this morning.
Well done Sarah
And you Di, you must be thrilled to be wearing a pre-chemo dress
I might have made a note of the Tesco meal deal, will have to see if I can get there, meant to be going somewhere else today and also meant to be having dgs! What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Good morning lovely peoples
Another nice day here,
Was busy yesterday with gardening, then bbq then I made a strawberry meringue roulade - DD ( bless her) said it was the most delicious dessert she has ever tasted! Makes it all worthwhile

I'm going into work today and I'm so pleased that for the first time I am wearing a dress from my pre chemo days :j
I started an auction last night for the signed man utd shirt and the bids are up to £100 already, I cannot believe it. People's generosity never ceases to amaze me. I was hoping that the pub quiz may have raised a couple of hundred pound all in but this is amazing.
That's great Di :A
Well done indeed on your weight loss :T
Fabulous work for your fundraising :T I'm looking forward to supporting you for your mountain climb
