Hope you all enjoyed a bit of sunshine today.
Quick update on the frozen yogs! The ones I put in the freezer just in the pot was like a brick ( banana) I microwaved for 20 seconds to get it out of the pot and stuck it in the blender with a bit of milk and some granola and blitzed it and it was lovely, like a frosty smoothy, sat outside in the sunshine and had it for breakfast.
I had the ancient ice cream maker bowl freezing since yesterday, it took ages, so tonight put 3 strawberry ones in and set it going....yay:T frozen yog in about 10 mins, all smooth and creamy. Had it with some fresh strawberries. It seemed to get bigger and I think in future 2 pots between the 3 of us would be plenty. But it worked really well apart from the thin layer at the bottom which was solid. DH asked if I had put extra cream in!
So tomorrow I will be trying another flavour!
So a big Thankyou for the lovely yogs:A

I'm defrosting them and we will eat it just as yoghurt. Sorry to anyone who has done this I now think my individual frozen pots are the way to go.
Worry not Di....I'm sure folk will find a way round it. I took one of those Breyer ice cream tubs out off the freezer and it took forever to soften. In the end I took a bread knife to it:rotfl:

Go for it bubbs, that one looks fine. The only problem I have is finding the freezer space and remembering to put it in the day before. But then mine must be over 20 years old! :rotfl:0

I had great difficulty finding them too but I did eventually. Whether I can find them again is another matter !:rotfl:0
