Dependent on the service. It says on their site retired Police Officer or Fire Fighter can sign up.

TM, did you ever get a re-delivery of that can of stuff that was a missed delivery on Monday, as mine never came back

Must have been a good few dozen of those at 60p at my local M&S today. I resisted any whoopsies today as am trying to relieve myself of far too many AP vouchers. Still have 34 to use tomorrow Not easy trying to get each shop to £3 exactly !
