I had a theory that it was the May bank holiday weekend

But last week I got a few Tu till spits - spend £10, £15, £20 or £30, various amounts and get 8p off fuel - various dates but the latest expiry was May 5th so it looks like it wont be over the bank holiday weekend.
It seems a long time until the end of May and the next bank holiday.
I think there was one at the end of March when we were away so that would be 2 months ...
Only some guesses and theories ...

My morning has been very thrilling - sorted out Autoaid going via topcashback which have 15% cashback

And then one of the cats pet insurance needed to get quotes for. Topcashback have Tesco pet insurance with £50 cashback for the next few days so if its a job you have been putting off doing, looking at quotes then it might be worth a look.

Neither are showing on my accounts pending list yet ...

    Good afternoon all.

Dad had his biopsy today, went through the nose, and he said it was tough going, he has had all the blood vessels go in his face, and his eyes were red raw when he came out, he said he was wretching all the time. So glad its over. He is feeling a lot better.

Sorry to hear this Snap and hope that hospital can sort That Sister out quickly. Sometimes with a blockage you get backlog to stomache which in turn fills up. Hence causing sickness. Let me know how she gets on xx

Sarah and Mrdol I'm really shocked about this  I had hoped that they got rid the last time. Mr AJ must have been very lucky indeed, one op and he's not had anything repeating after 3 years.

The two of you have been through some carp over the last few years sweetheart, set aside time for just you two and relax if you can. I know it's difficult just now with dad in hospital. Hope there's improvement in him today xx

I know, its just horrible, he really thought the last one would be it, its only been 16 march his last op, and got to have another very soon, he really is fed up with it now.
