I'm guessing there is a good Greggs freebee this morning as the queue outside Man Picc station was very very long! Lots of people clutching smart phones... I went into Waitrose for my banana and free coffee but there were no reusable coffee cups left. Man Picc also had at least five people giving out two packs of Yushoi baked lentil snacks. I got a few (!) but I don't think I'd pay for them.

Well I saw my NEW Oncologist yesterday - I can say that now, as yesterday he agreed to to take over my oncology care, so I'm transferring hospitals
I couldn't post last night as my emotions were all over the place. I secretly was hoping for a miracle, that the Oncologist was going to say " Mr Tombstone, the scans are all clear - you do not have cancer anymore" It's a silly secret wish I know, especially with an aggressive Gleason 9 with metastatic spread at diagnosis - but I still allowed my mind to entertain the scenario.
However, I had also feared the worst, especially after what the radiologist had said to me after my skeleton scan, in conjunction with the new pain I was experiencing recently.

So there was no miracle, however the most important thing is that they were not bad. There has been no progression in over 6 months and my lymph nodes are a bit smaller than they were
So the scan results were good I will take good and keep fighting

Unfortunately, I should have had bloods taken last week to give a complete picture , but were never arranged for me. Had them taken yesterday so awaiting on those results now

Excellent news. May God bless you and all others fighting this horrible disease.

When you open the app at the bottom, where it says 'grab today's points' there is a box which says, earn points enter a code.

Please edit your post so that it doesn't quote mine or at least doesn't quote the code. This is not a discount code but I am still unsure if it is within the rules and want to be able to delete it if necessary. Please!

Was someone asking about Pizza Hut discounts? Tastecard works but it's only one card for two people I think. But you can get a trial for £1 very easily.
