Even with £8 delivery, I'm very tempted.

Wish I had time to look for discount codes but there's another strange man honking on my drive:o

Hugs to zipster and fingers crossed for JTS results, checked back but don't think we've heard from him since this morning.
Saw this little phone deal posted on FB. So buy the Sim Free Alcatel 1066G Mobile Phone from Argos for £7.49 then under offers towards the bottom of the page you can add £20 free credit. Not looked into it yet so unsure if you need to sign up but it would save you buying credit at the point of sale
Anon, thought you may have seen it?

Thank you - I saw this but no longer need burner phones or the sim as I am sorted for another year and am happy not to have any more phones to trade in for now . Be aware that you have to be below 25 (and over 18 to register as it is a rolling contract rather than PAYG) for the Voxi plan and it seems generally you have to provide proof of age to register. . Morning all
Well done on your bloods bubbs :T
 (((x))) Sarahdol
Looks all set for another warm, sunny one today. Actually hoping it cools down a little as my friend is running the marathon on Sunday, so don't want it too hot for her. She had knee surgery in November, so the fact she is running it at all is pretty incredible.0

Good morning lovely peoples :wave:I got fantastic blood results today for my diabetes, so so happy
So happy to hear this Bubbs :A and you should rightly feel proud to have achieved this through determination and strong will power with your amazing weight loss. Well done :T
Sarah :A so sorry to hear your news - how stressful for you
Well I saw my NEW Oncologist yesterday - I can say that now, as yesterday he agreed to to take over my oncology care, so I'm transferring hospitals
I couldn't post last night as my emotions were all over the place. I secretly was hoping for a miracle, that the Oncologist was going to say " Mr Tombstone, the scans are all clear - you do not have cancer anymore" It's a silly secret wish I know, especially with an aggressive Gleason 9 with metastatic spread at diagnosis - but I still allowed my mind to entertain the scenario.
However, I had also feared the worst, especially after what the radiologist had said to me after my skeleton scan, in conjunction with the new pain I was experiencing recently.
So there was no miracle, however the most important thing is that they were not bad. There has been no progression in over 6 months and my lymph nodes are a bit smaller than they were
So the scan results were good I will take good and keep fighting I will take good and keep fighting
Unfortunately, I should have had bloods taken last week to give a complete picture , but were never arranged for me. Had them taken yesterday so awaiting on those results now Fighting Recurring Cancer0 Fighting Recurring Cancer0

TM you nearly convinced me to spend £45 on Bodum products but then I had a word with myself because I don't need any of it so I've closed the page again, nice bread bin though although I don't think its very big.0
