Wish there were compatible pods available, if there are please shout!

I always see Senco? Pods cheap in Pounstretcher. Never found any of the Poundland pods that were posted a while ago either.

My cat food spend was replaced with coffee pod spend, when we lost our cat. :(:A

I read somewhere that the licensing or copyright or patent (or whatever it is) for the pods for these machines is only enforceable for a couple of years after their manufacture, so the substitutes should be available on the market soon.:)

Totally blue sky! I hope this is not our summer.

Not sure if this is the right thread to post this.

Has anyone heard of or used 'cheaptheatretickets.com' ?

I found them whilst doing a search for discounted theatre tickets today and they have really cheap London theatre tickets..... £10 instead of £60 for Ruthless among others... but Martin always says that if something sounds too good to be true then it probably is. This sounds very cheap but, if legitimate, it would be great.

Sorry I haven't heard of them before so don't know if legit or not.

It is possible to get discounted tickets for all sorts, even free on other sites often if the shows haven't sold well. Hopefully someone may know something about the site you found.

I've used ShowFilmFirst and Weticketit before.

If anyone is popping to their store might be worth looking out for the Now TV boxes for £3.75 incl a 3 month pass for something.

Update ...... I did more searching and found info on an old Tripadvisor review linking cheaptheatretickets.com to Encore Tickets based in London. Phoned Encore and they do the seats on the Encore website for as little as £10 as well.

    Has anyone used Encore?

    Thank you

theatremonkey website should tell you the best place to buy.

I've updated my post in the light of contributions received. Thank you!

    Benefits of being 60:
    • free prescriptions and eye tests
    • Boots Advantage card extra points
    • B&Q diamond club
    • Railcard
    • If resident in London, free tube and bus travel I think
    • National Trust pensioner rate (Join the Scottish NT instead as it is cheaper, £45 pa or £72 pa for couples and they don't seem to have to live at the same address. Benefits are the same. Joining the NZ equivalent of the NT is even cheaper, gives you entrance to English Heritage properties too but does not give you free parking.)

    What have I missed?

See our glorious leader's email tip on the right re Amazon £5 off a £25 spend if you install the assistant browser extension to your computer or laptop. Must go in through the link and doesn't work on tablets

I saw this but decided that the privacy issues outweighed the £5 especially as I've no idea what I'd spend £25 on!

A reminder that the forum is closed from 10pm tonight for maintenance until 6am tomorrow. If you need somewhere to chat our holiday home remains available: http://elitemoneysaving.freeforums.net

Hopefully the updates on here will resolve the recent issues! (Can they please remove the 60 second rule between posts while they are at it?).

I bet they won't remove the 60 second rule, but I'd like that very much too!
