    Makes no difference that APGs were used. Standard cash refund back onto your card. Won't even notice the APGs, they only look for the payment method which states EPS or cash.

    When i first started using apg's, i bought a top with one, wasn't any good, they wouldn't refund because i had used one:( but i was sneaky and took back to a different store without the receipt and said i had lost it.
    They refunded me :D

    So is it possible to return? I would normally take the hit, but not for this amount.
    Only issue I have is that part of the shopping was paid with 2 x £11 APG's so how can they refund if an APG or two was used.

    Thank you too to those who suggested contacting EMU - I have taken your advice & emailed EMU with attached photos of repaired snot hole & also one showing the wear to sole so they can see I haven't worn them long :)
    Admittedly I got them greatly discounted from QVC & not full price but that shouldn't effect the quality of the sheepskin :)

    Gift card refunds should only apply when you either don't have the receipt or don't have a/the card to refund back onto, if you used a card to purchase.

    If a CS says otherwise just educate them.

    As most of us use A very regularly it really doesn't matter how they refund it really.
