So is it possible to return? I would normally take the hit, but not for this amount.
Only issue I have is that part of the shopping was paid with 2 x £11 APG's so how can they refund if an APG or two was used.

No problem on returning it, you simply bought the wrong one. Apg’s are normally refunded to a GC.

OOPS !!!

Makes no difference that APGs were used. Standard cash refund back onto your card. Won't even notice the APGs, they only look for the payment method which states EPS or cash.

If you paid the remainder on credit/debit, it will all go back onto that. That's my experience.
