    Thanks!:) Shopmium have Surf capsules (20 wash) for £2 and Surf Liquid (25 wash) for £2 too. Both £3 each at A but don't compare well.

    Perkypam123 , as others have asked have you your doctors permission to travel in particular to Cuba, cannot remember the company I used but I was only in Europe, holland Italy and France, and the cover cost £286, or there about, hope you get it sorted sounds like you need a holiday.:)
