Arrived home & he immediately opened his mouth to lecture me
So I preempted him & said 'yes I know I'm so stupid buying essential shopping'

Oh snap., please come downstairs and fume in front of him...

By the way, no carrots to be had in a 5 mile radius.!

This must be a world record rubbish birthday.
I've been upstairs all day.
He has been downstairs.
No birthday tea

I stupidly & selfishly had high hopes for a nice supper at least.
I can smell the cooking of a fish finger sandwich

I haven't eaten today & will have to go down soon & maybe bring the Maltesers up here

Now that is a happy thought :D
