Afternoon all, I hope hope everyone is well and safe. Xx
Have not caught up yet and have several messages to answer, so sorry. Unfortunately I have being my usual clumsy self had a little fall, thought I had damaged hip but not broke just badly bruised. While I was at hospital they did a missed blood test and level is below 7 again. But going to go back beginning of week unless I get poorly. Xxc

Anglesey is having it hard from the wind, 80 boats at the mariner wrecked and a 30ft boat sunk, lots of roads closed and trees down one road at Benllech sea defence collapsed and an Asda van stuck. The ferries have been going round in circles as they could not get into the harbour one was meant to be in at 7 last night we could still see out of our window lunch time today. Imagine being stuck on a ferry for that long.
At one time we could see 7 ships outside our window sheltering.
Even Ds2 oh has had to come over with her cat as no water or electric.

Getting shopping delivered would be cheaper than a taxi and you can all of the bulky stuff stocked up.
Then she can examine everything as the chap brings it in the door and check to see if its all in date and useable

What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Could you order a delivery and get it delivered to her adress. Meet van outside then carry it in. She will be none the wiser :D Delivery cost might be cheaper than taxi too.
