Thanks, i wanted 5 stone this week but couldn't get there cause of weather, first time i have not been:(
I was determined becuase of diabetes so if you are determined you will do it, i dont do any exercise:eek: but few here do walking:D

:mad: Not happy just got off phone from mum and :mad: I knew I had to do her shopping at Tesco tomorrow. Buses not running today , roads apart from main roads are lethal.

Mum starts rhyming off whats on shopping list most off it heavy stuff :mad: Sure she does it on purpose so hope taxis are running she does live just off main road so no trouble getting back hers if they are running. If not will struggle get there carrying it and will do my shoulder in :mad:
