I just nipped into the Co-op as we were passing today to get more milk - Wisemans is till on offer for £1 so with the blue card discounts its 90p - small saving but better than nothing.

We were actually going to call into Morrisons on the way back from Neros in search of a pork joint - family dinner night.

I just checked out the pork joints in the Co-op out of curiosity - enormous things and a gob smacking price of about £6.50

So I just got the milk and out popped a till spit coupon for 50p off any pork products - spooky - was there some sort of scanner activated as soon as I entered the store that was following me around the store??? :rotfl:

I still wasn't tempted by the £6.50 pork joints - but there must be something I can use it on ???? I've got a week to figure it out.

The Morrisons ones I got cost £3.88 - enough roast meat for 2 huge male appetites and plenty for sandwiches tommrorow

I was hoping that Marks would have the £6 meal deal back this week but it seems not :(

Instead they have a pizza meal deal offer - 2 pizza and 2 mains for £10 - I suppose if you have the AP £5 vouchers then these might be worth getting - not too bad a value for a fiver.
Or if you eat one pizza between 2 of you and freeze the other and get 2 sides, one for freezing.

That Sister been for a check up in South Wales. Her neck is now healing nicely (the RT burns got very weepy & had to have them dressed)
They want her to start feeding herself orally trying juices & smoothies so her throat is improving enough to accept liquids now :T
