Happy birthday Tweets and Midwinter. Altojack, so sorry you are so ill.

I'm still coughing and getting very tired but am OK now.

Thanks for the help with these shops everyone. My Dr O coupons ran out yesterday so I dragged myself to A pretty sharpish. Was most relieved that the SA seemed very cool about all the vouchers!

    Happy birthday midwinter :j:j

Hope you both have brilliant birthdays.

altojack, sorry to here your poorly-sick. Hope the meds work this time and you are soon up and about feeling better.

So far this week; Central Heating not working again BG didn't turn up for booked appointment on Saturday.. Re-arranged for next day, they came and changed another part. May or may not be fixed.
Next day phone call to say they were on their way, but no appointment booked  they had their wires crossed.
Terms and conditions £30.00 goodwill if they don't turn up and don't let you know, but what a faff claiming it :(;)

Went shopping Monday night, boot wouldn't open when got home.
Food stuck in boot. Been to garage this morning, they can't look at it until tomorrow :( But did something electronic to open boot so could get food out :D

Mum has lost her mobile phone :(
Took her to friends 90th birthday party on Sunday. Made sure she was in venue and sat down before I left her, with instructions to ring me when she wanted me to collect her.
Have now found her phone is missing and they don't have it at venue
Only a cheap phone but she knew how to ring me on it, not using the phonebook of coarse :rotfl: Even had a big sticker on the back with my numbers, but no one's bothered to ring, Pretty obvious it belonged to someone elderly :(

Snowed earlier on, now coming down thick and fast.

    Thank you :D

My Nectar points have gone on automatically today from a journey booked on 23rd January. Don't forget that they will show on your nectar account on the original date that the journey was booked and not today's date. hth

Nellie, how helpful is that! Thank you. I didn't realise about the date and have 1000 points on 24 January 2018, 250 on 1 December, 1000 on 15 August, 1000 on 31 May, 1000 on 25 January, 500 on 10 January and I could continue back into 2016! I had been girding myself up to contact them and am so glad I don't have to.

    Thank you so much.
