I noticed on my N account at the time, I did get a few points from Virgin Trains so they cannot say I didnt book.

I have yet to get onto them about it, will probably get do it next week.

Yes, many thanks to the people saying about chasing the nectar points us. I have never even checked I have got them before, but did this time and got them added via FB :beer:

Just awaiting mine now - went through FB as tried chat team twice and still waiting.

If you want to save an exchange, include N number and date of birth, date of transaction (we didn!!!8217;t give details of journey) .

I need to chase my Nectar as well. Missing from trin and daily mail.

I did myself a screenshot of the offer at the time. First time something automatically got added without having to chase. I am currently still chasing for the train journey via their email
