Not impressed with Nectar. Contacted them via Messenger about the 1000pts Virgin offer, got fobbed off saying they will get added overnight. Ofcourse they didn't. Tried Messenger again today, no response. Then went via Nectar.com to Chat, and it was like pulling teeth. Had to supply them with endless details of me, the journey, the offer, emails, and then they said they would look into it but it would take a matter of weeks! Not happy and very wary to take up this offer again. Rant over :rotfl:

Hallelujah, 2 hours after my posting on Messenger I got a reply! Plus a promise to look into it and to add missing points. And hey presto, 1000 points added I just noticed on Nectar app :T

Still trying to decide what to do about VM - we have to bring out the big guns but not yet sure who to go with.

If we leave VM we are going to get a Humax Freesat box.

It is quite funny when VM try to persuade you to stay, they mention that you have to pay for any cabling problems etc with other suppliers. I thoroughly enjoy my answer

I also have been on to them re shortchanging me my bonus points and said I should have had 1000 points not 500 (thanks TM) and he said right away I will add them now. He also said as Redfox did that the daily mail points would be added after 30 days.

As it ended on the 17th those 30 business days are just about up! So they should be added by the 28th Feb. I really despair of Nectar as they hardly ever add any bonus points without having to constantly chase them.

Oh crumbs, I added mine on 20th, thats why I have only got 20 points:(
