I am 99% sure the Adli £5 when you spend £10 Am3x offer was showing on Mrs Anon!!!8217;s supplementary card to my account, we accepted it. We shopped last week and no sign of the credit :(. We have checked her account and now there is no sign of the offer, either under offers or saved??

Has anyone else had this happen?

    Thanks

    Anon

Mine and OH took 4 days after shop for credit to appear. Once shopped the offer disappeared from offers saved, but received emails to say redeemed straight away. :)

BeeTee order placed . Now on advanced VM retentions negotiations technique. Hopefully this pays off :).

One thing I have noticed - the BeeTee order page and confirmation emails etc don!!!8217;t seem to mention the MCard or other offers? If you were going down this route you need to take screen shots to be safe - so not only do they not remind you when you are able to claim after activation, they don!!!8217;t even mention it in the order confirmation.

I now have to sit and wait for a call from VM, I hope I am available to answer and that they come up with a good deal _pale_ no pressure then!

Very interested in your success or otherwise as we are a month behind you. Don't like beeT cos of the 18 month thing but there is always the possibility of a jail free price rise....
    I think....

    It was 1000:)

Thanks TM, that was for the virgin offer was it not because online nectar chat only added 500 when I queried it and he did ask me how many points was it for and I said either 500 or 1000 as I couldnt remember, so will get back on to them.

I havent had the train 1000 from January booking nor the 1000 Daily Mail ones.

Was there an email or something about the Daily Mail one? I!!!8217;ve checked my emails and cant find anything.

ive messaged nectar via messenger about me booking on virgin trains website and this is there response

hi xxxxxx, the restriction regarding at least one leg of the journey being on a Virgin Train is actually part of the terms and conditions of Virgin Trains rather than this offer specifically. But since the booking didn't qualify for normal points, it also didn't qualify for bonus points. xxxxx.

Also watching how this goes. I chickened out and accepted a deal from the VM retention team. Think the guy felt sorry for me because he said I wasn't going far having paid 12 month line rental up front.:o

If no points appear would you mind sharing your screen shot? Then I would have evidence before contacting them.

And I wondered why my friend laughed when I said I'd got something for her and gave her 3 rather large courgettes from a Coop RTC!!!
