Appeal to HMRC, sometimes they are human!! Illness of work stress, didn't want to fill it in correctly until you were better etc etc.

rescued receipt from the 17th which had some points that needed adding on, although I am not sure why I even bother now.

Yes it had mens Nivea moisturier on so I've uploaded the receipt for COS :j
It also had Cravendale which was on GJ :mad: - I wish I'd checked the receipt on Saturday I've messaged them but I don't hold out any hope.
