Is that really yours TM? It is obviously working as all the lights are up on the homeplug. If it works like that and not the "normal" way then you need a new split box, technically down to your provider, but some would argue that it is down to the home owner, bit of a fine line there.

Looks like the incoming line has been caught at some time and maybe shortened? Again, down to your provider. Would love to get our hands on that, could sort it out in no time flat
