Good morning all, happy Thursday.0

Morning all - just a quick question please - still trying to organise myself.
If I do an Amazon prime pantry order how soon afterwards can I cancel my Amazon prime - is it straight away or is it best after delivery?
My Amazon prime is due to renew on the 25th but I don't want it auto renewing. I have my NUS card now so somehow I have to figure out how to get student membership ...
I've got a cat food order ready, just need to press the GO button - I've been converting my little bits of cashback from TCB and Q into Amazon e vouchers (it feels like twice spent money) plus I had enough shoppppix points and enough shoppprizzes points to convert into two five Amazon e vouchers so between these my Amazon credit was getting better and I've only need about £2 in money to pay for this order.
Just had a minor panic about the cat food stash this morning and roughly I've got 2 weeks worth of cat food cans - mind you if we get proper sticking to the ground snow then that really is not a lot. They eat more in boredom if they cant go out“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. What’s my chances of getting a credit?
Please and thank you
Am playing catchup, so may have been answered already. I have telephoned them in the past when this has happened to me, and they are happy to look things up there and then and organise a refund of the difference. HTH.

Good Morning Everyone.
I f anyone still has the Tesco magazines there is a coupon for 50p off Quorn Chicken pieces which is £2 in Tesco and £1 in Morrisons for the 300 gram size. I used 2 together yesterday with no problems and that made them 50p a bag. Also they have a 65P coupon for muller greek yogurts which are £2.50 in Tesco and £1 in Morrisons which makes them 35p for 4.
Not as good as the ones other Elite are getting but good if you dont get through many yogurts.
Hope this helps0 -
Good morning
My poor daughter is feeling very neglected as she has never enjoyed a train journey on her own and I thought that today would be the perfect day to try it but will need a bit of help from the elite :rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks xx
All I did was click through from the Nectar offer to Virgin trains and then chose Haymarket - Edinburgh during the day, picked one of the £1.20 tickets and then paid, setting up an account with my nectar card number when it told me. It's my first time too so I can only assume that's correct:rotfl:

I was thinking of just doing £1 every time. I can handle the charge of 1.7p a transaction. Even at that price, it will be saving me much more in petrol, and more importantly, time.
was a minimum charge of 35p (or so) per transaction. Which terminal is everyone going with?I wasn’t referring to sending in the Pixi  - I am daft, I am not stupid. As you say, there is money to be made there .
I am on about getting another phone from CPW or 02 just to send - I was wondering whether the really cheap Alcatel 10.16g that mentions having an FM radio would qualify as a feature phone (99p at Cpw with £10 top up, but £5 Q and on 02 Classic so can use the £10 top up), or whether I would have to spend a bit more for one that mentions internet and camera (like the Alcatel 20.38, £4.99 from 02 no top up needed to order)?
... or just bite the bullet and send one of the old phones that will forever sit in the cupboard never to be used again.
Many thanks

Also look at the virgin red app, that often has discounts on virgin and virgin east coast trains. It gives you a code that you use on the trains' website.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. None of my trade ins has had any value to cex or any of the other trade in places, one might have made a tenner on ebay.
Let us know how you get on with the card reader.
It was suggested that declined for lack of funds transactions would be the way to go but how does one stop the bank from just paying anyway and then charging horrendous unauthorised overdraft charges?davemorton wrote: »Morning all.

As you highlight, they are getting the transaction charge.

Min transaction is £1.
I added a tsb account I haven't used for months, only has pence in it. I have 2 ap accounts with this card attached, all transactions are declined every time.
I've been doing this for a few days now with the reader, no bank charges or anything, it just says declined on the reader and within ap, same as it does in a shop.
I have another ap with a nationwide card attached, and even if there's a neg balance, it still goes ahead with the transaction.
Maybe it depends on the type of account or the customers standing with the bank.. I don't know, but declined is good for this.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
