Talking about vintage wine, Mr TS had a real disappointment Christmas day. :(

Don't know if any of you remember but I had treated him to a vineyard visit for his 50th couple years back, while there treated him to couple of bottles of red not cheap at all.

Bottles say they can be cellared for up to 15 years, he had bottle the xmas after his birthday and it was lovely just as good as the tastings while there. He had something different last year but decided to not save the other bottle any longer and open it this year but it was not good at all, think it was 2010 vintage so no where near it's time either. :(

Although it might get Rebecca a bit too excited.

Now that would suit DM :D

    Good morning all

Please don't leave me behind, I don't like being on my own :(

I know I don't post very often, but read daily. The only time I don't keep up is when I'm on my 2 weeks holiday in the middle of the year.

Not sure if anyone has posted, but on waitrose Persil small & mighty half price and on my picks brings it down to £2 for 25 washes. All 3 on my picks, bio, non bio and colour.
Also found while looking on line for any Christmas reductions, popping candy freddo 6p. Ordered some to be delivered with the Persil and there in stock, so dd and grandchildren will be happy.

    Double fabulous x

I’ve opened, poured, looked and tasted. All ok with a 2014 bottle. Go on open that 2012 bottle or are ya chicken :rotfl: :rotfl: xx

Maybe I will crack it open Sunday night for NYE.

We can all raise a glass or two for our Elite angels, along with absent family and friends :A

Hi Tiny, long time no see :). Hope you and the family had a great Christmas,

Very disappointing with the wine especially when it was an expensive bottle. Any way you could complain? Hope something can be sorted out xx

You’re on, if I’m still awake at midnight. I suppose I could do it earlier if I think I’m drowsy xx

Hi AJ, thank you, Xmas was manic this year.

Hope you are keeping well x

I totally missed wishing you all a Happy Christmas. :o

And it was so sad to read Sal is now wombling with the angels, she will be missed. :( Bless her and her family. :A

The wine you win some you lose some I guess, I have fine wines from Twine mystery boxes that have more than made up for this bad one but maybe we should say something...

    Thanks.

I only bought one box for sisters cat and it's no use me telling her how to extend the bargain as she won't use coupons! :o

I'm the only bargain hunter in my family.
    I'll try anything,
I've been educated by you lot. :D

    Evening peeps.

I know the feeling :o. Though DD1 saved the gift bags from presents this year to reuse, something I thought I’d never see
