Do you have the card that the SIM arrived in as it is printed on there.

I couldn’t work out how to get the phone number from a SIM either - I have one that is “live” but I transferred a number in and can not find that number :o.

We have until 1pm tomorrow to find it for the T offer :D.

Dial *#100# and wait for the ussd message to disappear and the number will come up.

This didn't work, just got a message "OBS: This is a new service operation so you need to specify a message here in your own language"

My new O2 sim arrived this morning, so [STRIKE]i'm[/STRIKE] "Mr Fuzz" is good to go now. :)

I seem to recall that O2 SIM cards do not have a phone number by default, just a SIM number.

When you register the SIM on first use, you get the number allocated then.

Afternoon all - I've been AWOl for a few days whilst the Christmas guests were here - I will catch you all up later or tomorrow - head still fuzzy and there seems to have been a lot going on here as well ...

I am also going to attempt the 10 thousand step/mile challenge - cant think now which it is - more cotton wool in my brain than actually brain matter - it will be a struggle. If I manage 3 mile a day its unusual.
Setting off from home there is nowhere of interest to walk to - our nearest Spa is half an hour walk away so a 3 mile walk there and back and has a post office - but I don't need the spa or the post office daily. Nothing scenic like a beach or countryside anywhere close by. Our lane has no pavements so its very dangerous to walk along - you have to keep leaping off road onto the grass verges so its not much fun. One end leads onto a main road which is better - pavements to walk along but its a dangerous crossing getting across.
And a lot of walking makes my knees hum :)

Still I do need to be more active so I will persevere even if its just at weekends when OH is about - but his joints are very bad recently.

    Why don’t you get a treadmill ?

    Oz won’t eat whiskas:o

In fact he’s now just down to squirrel only:o

He “thinks” it’s squirrel because I tell him it is:o But in reality it’s anything we eat...chicken, fish, mince

Tonight he’s had plaice whoopsied from A.

    I think I’ve ruined him:o

Nice he has a varied diet bless him. Stanley Boy’s favourites are prawns and a bit of salmon, he’s had a few prawns for breakfast, lunch and tea quite a lot lately :rotfl:. Plaice, very nice too :D

No they do have a number assigned - older cards have the number printed on the SIM card pack/holder, the new pack has it printed on the paper envelope that the smaller SIM arrives in. I was just being stupid not seeing it!

If you don't have either the envelope or the card it arrived in, then I am not sure how you can retrieve it.

    I didn’t have the post office offer:o

I haven’t been getting the Happy Downs. Even free. I’m guessing they’ll be full of sugar.

Michaels can I ask you something as a newish elite poster?

How did you find your way to this thread.....I know you post frequently on other threads....did you lurk for a long time....have you done glitches for a while but just neve4 joined in.

Just curious really. Wondering if Zag’s cross contamination is working:rotfl:
I used to pop in every now and then when wanting to find details of specific offers even back in the day of tesco dtd (tesco spent vast sums proving they weren't the cheapest, what's not to like?) but never had the time to keep up (and I am not a dipper, I need to know it all or none) but recenly i have switched to 4 day a week working and working in the local office so commute time reduced from 2.5 hours day to 20 mins so suddenly I did have enough time to follow. Bad news is that there may be an even longer commute in the new year for at least 100 days so I may need to go back to popping in.

I certainly make sure I 'glitch' irl, it pays for the 4 days/week.

Also I am necoming disillusioned with NP where a lot have left, still a great bunch but less variety and the level of economic debate on the debate board has unfortunately declined to the point where it is hard to have a sensible discussion where you learn something :(
    I think....
