On the plus side one of my regular savers matured today -most of it already spent as it will go towards paying for the massive December credit card bill.
A years saving and only £34 in interest
You weren't one of the lucky ones then with double interest
What a nice bonus from Virgin...again0 -
The 20p broccoli in A compares against T and S

The carrots are on receipt but don't appear on my comparison.
This is NI, we don't have M and W.0 -

no double bonus - now £68 would have been a worthwhile amount“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

If you want something really funny for Fourp, Primark do eyebrow trimming scissors for £1, they are like scissors with a tiny comb attached, OH is always complaining about his long eyebrow hairs :rotfl::rotfl:
:T:T:T That Sisters view
I bought a king size down duvet from QVC Outlet for £26(why? because it was damn cheap & I did not need one but.... :wall:) this was the first shop I had entered, so then had to lug it around, sweeping shelves as I struggled after

I have a beekeepers hat coming from Ebay via China and am hoping I will be able to do it on a really cold day, know you should do it at night but I need to be able to see what I am doing, it is somewhere in the compost bin, I know roughly where but cannot see it without opening up the bin and potentially disturbing the nest, not going to do that without the hat!
Sadly the cold week we had didn't kill them all - we have had a few. They didn't even make a nest in the kitchen roof this year it was the extension roof so I have no idea where they are coming from - we are still getting a couple a month“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. My roomba needs a new battery, I just have been lax in ordering it, I will say that it needs cleaning all the time as my boy is long haired and the brushes get covered and it gets stuck on the base of the bar stools and won't go on the kitchen rug as it's black and thinks it's on a cliff:rotfl: other than that it is good:D
Yess!! Up the Roomba. I move chairs out of the kitchen when mine goes there and I know all about black carpets. I tried to get it to clean the boot... In my defence, I absolutely hate hoovering.
A new battery is not that expensive these days. I replaced mine some time ago and was pleasantly surprised as I remember looking some years ago and being quite horrified at the cost. Roomba was much happier with a new battery too.0
