how can i find information about their contract with the landlord so i can prove the primacy of the contract?
It’s your lease for the property that you need to dig out to determine what it says (or doesn’t say) about your rights to parking at the premises. Let us know what it says. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

When you say it was a residential car park, are you saying it is the car park of the residence where you live, or was it a random residential car park where you vehicle was just parked? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. It was a random residential car park where my vehicle was just parked. UKPC known for their scam ways, they have never sent a POPLA code and i received a letter from these debt collectors guys!
Any ideas whats next?
EDIT :
Ok i just read the newbies post. IGNORE IT
Just a question because i am curious. I havent got any properties, or any cars, and in 2 months time i am thinking of leaving this country for a few years, is it really worth to be bothered what they are going or want to do? Even if they send court papers, most probably i wont be around!0 -
Ignore debt collectors.
Only respond to a lbcca or Court correspondence
Should it come to that return here for advice on how to deal with this in the Newbies FAQ thread0 -
If "a few years" is more than 6, well in reality 12, thats fine - no possible come back that would hurt you
If you will have a fixed address you could give them your new address for service, and if they use the old one you get a set aside AND to sue them for vexatious lititgaiton into the bargain.0 -
I see. Yeah i completely ignored this letter obviously. I dont have a fixed address, even this address is not fixed as i'm not registered with the council, but i could give them another address to respond, if that will help me win over this scam company. Should i use another address when the court paperwork comes, or post the new address to UKPC in a few days time before the court paperwork?
What about the POPLA code? They never sent me a POPLA code? Should i get back to them now and request a POPLA code, or complain to BPA/POPLA/DVLA? I clearly appealed with the template here in the forum for BPA members, and i requested a POPLA code which i have never received, i have their confirmation still in my inbox0 -
If you appealed, then after 435 days they are deemed to have accepted it. So you could send them that.
Did you give an email address? Possible it went to "junk"?0 -
i have the appeal confirmation in my inbox. i have a rejection letter by them, backdated on the 35th day of my appeal, stating that i will receive a POPLA code, if i wont name the driver's name within 14 days. No emails in my junk/spam folder too.
clearly, a scam0 -
"back"dated? Dont you mean dateed?
They cannot extend the appeal time with that letter. So if it is more than 35 days since appeal, email and tell them as per the BPA CoP your appeal is now accepted, so please FRO...0
