UKPCA PCN with invalid REF

So I did send the appeal on 25th day and have received following now.

-->Reply to appeal dated 24/11/17 which has the original Ref no (which was showing as invalid on website) asking to provide drivers full name and address (yeah right). Failure to provide will result in final decision and POPLA verification code.

-->NTK dated 21/11/17 with a new Ref saying it supercedes the original ref.

-->Another NTK dated 28/11/17 with another Ref sayingit supercedes the original ref.

What are my options now. Should i send another appeal online as the 2 new Refs received in NTKs are valid and show pictures etc or wait till they send me a POPLA code as they have replied to appeal against original ref.

So far they seem to be going by the book, so what are my options of wining if it goes to POPLA stage.Car was parked where there are no real markings, it was a space for few cars where color of paving was differentiating between area you can park/not park. Do I have a chance of winning asking to show markings?

They’re not doing it by the book. They also don’t get to send out three NtK !

Yes i have seen a few templates but before it goes to that stage, do I have to do another appeal online now using the ref on one of the NTKs?

I would appeal again anyway using the blue text template , online , as keeper

if it is only ONE parking incident , appeal the latest ref if it lets you appeal it
