    Wow, that’s incredible :T
I’m aiming to boost my existing emergency fund up to a three months ‘dire emergency’ fund and I reckon it’s will take me until the end of 2020 to do it although that’s because I’ll continue to spend on other things too.
I hope you will celebrate being debt free next month and don’t forget to post it on the debt free roll of honour thread (it’s six years since I posted mine on there) and claim your badge.

    Debt Free 🍾 since 6.8.13 £31,997
    Saving for 🎄 🎁 2025 £387/£850 45.5%

    Mortgage offset fund £24.7k/£41.3k 59.8%
It turns out the answer to my problems wasn’t at the bottom of this tub of ice-cream, 🍨 but the important thing is that I tried...

  • Conratulations!! It’s a great feeling isn’t it? And the ongoing cash to do stuff and buy the things you need is great too.

When I was first debt free, many things were in dire need of replacing or upgrading: the sofas, TV, had been without a dishwasher for 7 years, new towels etc. Not to mention a few new clothes :D
But it was great to be able to do it over the following year without any debt.

Enjoy your new debt free life :T
