Toluna Survey Site not payment problems

I've had a similar problem. I order a Starbucks voucher at the start of May and it still hasn't appeared. I've just put a ticket in now for it so hopefully I'll get a response soon.

Also, has anyone else noticed that a lot of the low value vouchers have disappeared? Any retailed vouchers with a redeem voucher of <50000 points are no longer available; instead you can get some Toluna flip flops....great.

My flexecodes order has just been processed. I ordered 2 Love2Shop vouchers, which should be sent soon.

I have waited over 3 months for this order, but it should now arrive quite quickly. Hope others receive their rewards.

My voucher has finally been processed! :T Hopefully it was just a blip and rewards will be processed more quickly now.

I had an account about 8 or 9 years ago but I have just started to get back into earning online and I couldn't access my old account so I've made a new one and have gotten quite a few points in the last few days
